The Service offers Free, Pro (R149/month), and Elite (R349/month) subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor (Paystack). You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
All scoring algorithms, analysis methodologies, software code, and content on the Service are the intellectual property of All Inside Racing. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.
The Service provides data analysis tools only. Nothing on this platform constitutes gambling advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to place any bet. Past analysis results do not guarantee future outcomes. Horse racing involves significant risk and you may lose money. Always gamble responsibly and within your means.
All Inside Racing shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to losses from betting decisions made using information from the Service. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
